About Made for More Nutrition
Expertise you can trust. Care you can feel.
Made for More Nutrition was built on the belief that every person deserves nutrition guidance grounded in real science — not trends, not guesswork.
My story
Why I started Made for More Nutrition
I became a registered dietitian because I saw how much confusion surrounds nutrition — and how much harm that confusion can cause. People were following advice that wasn't backed by evidence, and it was costing them their health.
I started this practice to offer something different: a space where clients get honest, research-backed guidance tailored to their actual lives. No fad diets. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just real nutrition science, applied with care.
Every client I work with is dealing with something real — a diagnosis, a health goal, a complicated relationship with food. My job is to meet them where they are and help them go further than they thought possible.

My philosophy
Nutrition is personal. Your plan should be too.
I don't believe in rigid rules or unsustainable restrictions. I believe in building a way of eating that works for your body, your schedule, and your goals — and that you can actually maintain long-term.
That means we look at the whole picture: your health history, your relationship with food, your lifestyle, and the science. Then we build something that fits.
"You were made for more than just getting by."
